This role will support shop operations, project managers and coordinators by fulfilling materials needs at our OEM Upfit Center in Ankeny, Iowa.


+ Load & unload trucks

+ Check in freight and stock

+ Pull parts and fill bins for OEM Upfit line

+ Ship & bill OEM Upfit parts jobs

+ Create and maintain shipping documentation

+ Inventory management

+ Serve as back up for other Materials personnel

+ Perform yearly physical inventory


Skills and Experience Required:

+ Capable and qualified to operate forklifts

+ Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

+ Previous materials and/or warehouse experience

+ Able to use a computer and keyboard to complete work.

+ Able to learn BMS.

+ Organizational and time management skills

+ Basic math skills

+ Able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment and prioritize work as appropriate

+ Excellent customer service skills. Commitment to "Customer Support Excellence" philosophy and standards.

+ Able to lift up to 50lbs

+ Able to contribute to system improvement process

+ Able to initiate, expedite, follow through to project completion

+ Strong commitment to safety


Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience . Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
